<br />reading. This establishes a setback line on George Washington Highway between Elm Avenue
<br />and the Naval Shipyard gate near Chestnut Street. It will reserve a 100 ft. right-
<br />of-way through this section of the street.
<br />
<br /> This is:recommended since Effingham Street is being extended into George Washington
<br />Highway and it carries a 100 ft. right-of-way. By the establishment of this setback
<br />it will prohibit any future construction in this setback line."

<br />SETBACK LINE FOR GEORGE WASHINGTON HIGHWAY BETWEEN CHESTNUT STREET AND
<br />ELM AVENUE."

<br />appropriates $1,210,675.15 for the construction of sanitary sewers and pumping stations.

<br />Cove, Cedar Point, Mayflower Park, Elizabeth Acres and Manor View. There will also be
<br />constructed from these funds sewer pumping stations on Chandler Harper Drive, Greenwood
<br />Drive and Melvin Drive.

<br />Point area and the bid was awarded at a previous Council meeting. On the same date, bids
<br />~were received for the construction of a sewer pumping station on Chandler Harper Drive,
