<br />Library has received from the State and Federal Governments for the purchase of these books.
<br />Since we are not certain as to the amount of funds the Library will receive from the State
<br />and Federal Governments, we are requesting appropriations for this when the funds are received

<br /> $25,200 is for payment to the United Appraisal Company for the work that they have done
<br />on the re-appraisal of business, personal property and machinery and tools.'~

<br />CONSTITU~tON OF VIgGINIA, AND CHAPTER S OF TITLE 1S.1 OF THE CODE OF VIRGINIA,
<br />1950, AND UNDER AUTHORITY OF THE VOTE OF THE QUALIFIED VOTERS OF THE CITY
<br />OF PORTSMOUTH AT AN ELECTION HELD ON THE FIFTH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1968, AND
<br />MAKING PROVISION FOR THE FORM OF SAID BONDS AND FOR THE PAYMENT THEREOF
