I recommend that the rebate in the amount <br />of $104.27 be Daid~to W. Overton, as a member of the Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority, will <br />expire September 11, 1970." <br /> <br />On motion of Mr. Turner referred to a conference. <br /> <br />70-567 - The following petition from residents of Shelby Court was read: <br /> <br /> "I{e, the undersigned residents of Shelby Court in Douglas Park, respectfully partition the Portsmouth <br />City Council to assum~the undedicated same court and provide the necessary improvements to make it safe, <br />healthy, and useable for the tax paying Portsmouth Citizens who herewith reside there.
