The City Engineering Department has been and is doing <br />the necessary engineering on this project. We are contracting on an hourly b~is for the <br />necessary bulldozing and grading and the Water Department is assisting in th~'installation <br />of the necessary watering system. <br /> <br /> The cost for the construction of this course will be financed from golf fees and it <br />is estimated that the cost can be recovered over a five-year period.
