However, my earnest hope is that the Board has properly served the City Council in this matter." - On motion of Mr. Raymond Smith and seconded by Mr. Holley, the following resolution was adopted, and by the following vote: 'IA RESOLUTION GRANTING A USE PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND THE OPERATION OF A HOSPITAL LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF CRAWFORD PARKWAY AND EFFINGHAM STREET. UP 71-6. WHEREAS, Medic Home Enterprises has made an application pursuant to Section 4-2 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, 1961, for the granting of a use permit as hereinafter described; and WHEREAS, the applicant, the Planning Director and the City Manager have done all things required to be done in connection with said aPplication, and the Planning Commission has considered the granting of said use permit, subject to the conditions hereinafter stated. Brewer Moore, Director of City Planning was read: "At its regular monthly meeting on August S, 1971, the City Planning Commission re- viewed the revised site plan for Churchland Gardens and resolved to recommend that you approve this as a group housing project under terms of our Zoning Ordinance."
