<br />the far north end of the Norfolk and Western Industrial Tract adjacent to the new Coast Guard
<br />Base. (S-72-1). This application is being handled jointly by Attorney Benjamin P.Lynch, Jr.
<br />and the City of Partsmouth Law Department. Involved is the Tasty Baking Company of Philadel-
<br />Chia, Pennsylvania, and others, interested in industrial development. This 30 foot roadway
<br />is described on maps filed with and accepted by the City Attorney."
