NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia,
<br />that Frank Bilisoly, L. A. Clarke, Zalmon Blachman, F. J. Bergeron and James V. McGhee,
<br />be appointed viewers to view the hereinafter described portion of such street and report
<br />to this Council in ~riting whether in their opinion any, and if any, what inconvenience
<br />would result from vacating and Closing the following:

<br /> "At its regular monthly meeting on January 4, 1972, the City Planning Commission un-
<br />animously resolved to recommend closure of a 30 foot public road, which is a paper street, at
<br />the far north end of the Norfolk and Western Industrial Tract adjacent to the new Coast Guard
<br />Base. (S-72-1). This application is being handled jointly by Attorney Benjamin P.Lynch, Jr.
<br />and the City of Partsmouth Law Department. Involved is the Tasty Baking Company of Philadel-
<br />Chia, Pennsylvania, and others, interested in industrial development. This 30 foot roadway
<br />is described on maps filed with and accepted by the City Attorney."
