<br />hour or portion thereof. This is the same as it is at present. The change in the
<br />ordinance provides for a fee of $10.00 for each escort unit furnished for each additional
<br />hour or portion thereof."

<br />as the City of Portsmouth's membership fee. However, using the City's contribution formula
<br />based on population, per capita income and taxable wealth, the figure amounts to $7,758.84
<br />which this ordinance calls for."
