72-221 "I sUbmit the attached ordinance and recommend it be placed on first reading. <br />This amends the City License Tax on motor vehicles to establish the same rate as the <br />State charges. <br /> <br /> The new rate is $15.00 for an auto of less than 4,000 Pounds and $20.00 for vehicles <br />over. It is estimated that this will produce $190,000 in revenue. There has als0 been some adjustment~in classification in the lower salar~ <br />brackets.
