<br />This appropriates $10,000 to replace the roof on the Cradock Fire Station.

<br /> Buildings and Grounds Department has been continually patching this roof for the
<br />past few years. It has continued to leak and has now deteriorated to the point that
<br />it must be replaced. It~is proposed to remove the old roof down to the deck, install
<br />1/2" urethane insulation and install a 4-ply, 20 bonded type asphalt built-up roof.
<br />The wall and base flashing will also-be replaced."
