<br />was $4,426,784, of which the City is responsible for $1~$75,021. The City has paid
<br />$507,211.47 of its share. The balance will be due in progress payments as construction
<br />progresses."

<br />of the City Manager, was adopted by unanimous vote.

<br /> 75-260 - "It is my recommendation that I be authorized to submit to the State Depart
<br />ment of Mental Hygiene and Hospitals the Portsmouth Community Mental Health and Mental
<br />Retardation Services Board budget for fiscal year 1975-74. This submission is necessary
<br />in accordance with Chapter 10, Title 57.1 of the Code of Virginia. It is necessary
<br />that this be submitted in order that State and Federal funds will be made available
<br />to the local Board.
