(No action taken) <br /> <br />73-299 - The following ~etter received from Director of Planning, was read: <br /> <br /> "At its regular monthly meeting July S, 1973, the City Planning Commission again <br />considered a preliminary subdivision titi~R "Southampton Pha~e ITM. One of it§ proposed <br />new streets involves extension of a paper street designated as Riverside Lane. This <br />paper street is but a stub; it extends off Rivershore Road. Subdivision Ordinance stipu- <br />lates that a developer in a subdivision plat must extend an existing street name. Already <br />we have Riverside Drive in Wateview, and a duplicate would create many problems.
