<br /> 73-339 - Zoning Petition Z 73-15~- Postponed from the Public Hearing meeting, held
<br />on August 13, 1973.

<br /> The following letter ~eceived~from Mr. Kirk Berkeley, Architect, was read:
<br />
<br /> "The postponement of Council action on this. application has allowed Us the opportunil
<br />to review the proposal with the Planning Director and his staff.
<br />
<br /> As a result of these discussions, I feel that the original design can be restudied
<br />and revised to eliminate the objection of the Planning Commission.
<br />
<br /> I, therefore, respectfully request that the Council return this application to the
<br />Planning Commission for further study."
<br />
<br /> Motion of Mr. Smith and seconded by Mr. Johnson, to grant the requast that the
<br />application be returned to Planning Commission, was adopted by nhanimous vote.

<br /> 73-342 The following ordinance, approved at last meeting, was taken up and read:

<br /> "AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $76,200 FROM THE GENERAL.CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
<br /> FUND FOR THE PURCHASE OF SCHOOL BUSES AND MOBILE CLASSRODMS?"
