<br />boundary. The portion of the work within the boundary is being financed by PRHA.

<br />The balance of the appropriation covers engineering inspections and contingencies.

<br />be authorized to sign. This is an agreement between Harry Kelly, Golf Pro, and the
<br />City of Portsmouth for the operation of the Sleepy Hole Golf Course. Under the agree-
<br />ment, the Pro will'collect all green fees and be responsible for maintaining the course
<br />for the City. In return, he will have the concession rights with his responsibility
<br />to provide the necessary equipment. There is also a provision for special tournaments,
<br />if approved, ~uaranteeing the City ~450 per day, or 15% of the profits, whichever is
<br />greater. It ~s effective until June 30, 1977, and renewal for four-year terms unless
<br />terminated by either party upon written notice at least thirty days prior to expiration.
