Langreder by Attorney <br /> Jerome P. Cart." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Wentz and seconded by Mr. Barnes, to be referred to the <br />for proper.handling, was adopted by unanimous vo~e. <br /> <br /> 74-303 - The following request to speak received £rom Edward A. Hara, <br />Director, Public Relations Department, Broken Needles, was read: <br /> <br />City Attorney <br /> <br />Administrative <br /> <br /> "l am writing this letter to request an appearance before your next meeting on <br />Culy 9, 1'974. I would like to bring to the floor my complaint against the city of <br />Portsmonth for its refusal to issue the Broken Needles organization a permit to solicit <br />funds in the city proper. <br /> <br /> Please inform me if you have the time avaitakle at your next meeting.
