Specifications were sent <br />out to thre~ electrical contractors for this project, however, only one bid was received <br />from E. G. Middleton, Inc., in the amount of $23,954." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Holley and seconded by Mr. Early, that the contract be awarded to <br />G.
