<br /> This is for materials and labor to install sports lighting at the Park View playgroun
<br />which will provide a lighting system for the athletic areas. Specifications were sent
<br />out to thre~ electrical contractors for this project, however, only one bid was received
<br />from E. G. Middleton, Inc., in the amount of $23,954."
<br />
<br /> Motion of Mr. Holley and seconded by Mr. Early, that the contract be awarded to
<br />G. Middleton, Inc., as the only bid received, was adopted by the following vote:
<br />

<br /> Nays: None
<br />
<br /> 74-$19 - "Consideration of the Portsmouth Employment and Training Plan for Fiscal
<br />Year '75.
<br />

<br /> Motion of Mr. Early and seconded by Mr. Holley, to concur in the recommendation of
