<br />Choate, be appointed viewers to view the hereinafter described portion of such street and
<br />report to this Council in writing whether in their oPinion, any, and if any, what inconven
<br />ience would result from vacating and closing the following:

<br />of Chesapeake, Virginia, in Map Book 5, at Page 45; thence in a northerly
<br />direction along the western line of said Lot 24 and continuing along the
<br />western line of Lot 25 in said Block 141 a distance of 150 feet, more or less,
<br />to the easte~tyy line of the right of way of Seaboard Coastline Railroad;
<br />thence in a southwesterly direction along the line of said right of way a

<br /> 74-341 - "Ordinance on first reading to amend several sections of Article III of
<br />Chapter 16 of the City Code pertaining to the Mental Health and Mental Retardation
<br />Services Board.
<br />
<br /> Section 16-40 of this ordinance has been changed to specify appointment of the board
<br />members by City Council rather than the Mayor. This bringscthe City Code into conformance
<br />with the State Code. The amendments to the other sections in this ordinance ara con-
<br />cerned with identifying the board as the "Mental Health and Mental Retardation Services
<br />Board". The board was formerly known as Mental Health Services Board."

<br />amount of the bond. The fee is currently limited to 10%. This amendment has~been re-
<br />quested by the local bail bondsmen."

<br />industrial access road (Elmhurst Lane Extended) and requests the State Highway Commission
<br />to part'icipate in the funding of this project."

<br />"A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE STATE HIGHWAY COMMISSION TO PARTICIPATE IN
<br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN INDUSTRIAL ACCESS ROAD IN THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH.

<br /> WHEREAS, Section 35.1-221 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, authorizes the State High-
