'As outlined in the letter from the <br />Municipal Finance Commission, it will be necessary to reduce the amount allocated for cur~, <br />gutter, drainage and street improvements on Entitlement V of the Planned Use Report. <br /> <br /> Consideration of a motion to award the contract for construction of the pool to the low <br />bidder (Master Pools by Schertle]. <br /> <br /> In a departure from our normal-procedure, <br />permit construction of the pool to :commence at <br />to be open for summer use.
