<br /> The additional $28,000 is required for the total construction cost, contingencies,
<br />engineering, supervision and related uti-lity costs for the proposed pool.

<br /> The preceding ordinance appropriates the additional $28,000 from the Revenue Sharing
<br />Trust Fund to meet the total cost of the swimming pool. 'As outlined in the letter from the
<br />Municipal Finance Commission, it will be necessary to reduce the amount allocated for cur~,
<br />gutter, drainage and street improvements on Entitlement V of the Planned Use Report.
