<br />FOR CONSTRUCTION OF OFF~SITE DRAINAGE IN THE CHURCHLANDAREA FOR ACADEMY
<br />POINT APARTMENTS, TOWNE POINT APARTMENTS, ~OODHAVEN APARTMENTS AND THE
<br />PROPOSED CHURCHLAND APARTMENTS ON TOWNE POINT ROAD."

<br />The following reports from the City Manager were presented:

<br /> 75-211 "Consideration of an ordinance on first reading to appropriate
<br />the Capital Improvement Fund for professional services rendered in reference
<br />study of the Pinners Point area.

<br /> This appropriation will fund a tri-part type agreement between the Virginia Port Authori
<br />ty, Portsmouth Port and Industrial Commission, and the City of Portsmouth on the development
<br />of the Portsmouth Marine Terminal and proposed use of land at the Pinners Point area. The
<br />City's share of this appropriation is 1/3 or $10,600. The balance will be paid to the City
<br />by the other parties in this agreement. The City Manager recommends adoption on first
<br />reading.-

<br />Cresap, McCormick and Paget and the City."
