<br /> The request for closing all portions of the streets outlined above was made by the
<br />Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority and has been recommended by the CityPPlanning
<br />Commission. This resolution is only to appoint viewers for the closing of the streets out-
<br />lined above. The City Manager recommends adoption."

<br /> On motion of Mr. Oast and seconded by Mr. Barnes, the following resolution was adopted,

<br />Parcel I, the hereinafter described portion of a certain street and it appearing that notice
<br />of the application and request for appointment of viewers was duly posted July 50, 1976, on
<br />the bulletin board of the Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth, the bulletin board of

<br />trict Court, Civil Division, of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia.

<br />by a line which is 115 feet, more or less, south of the southern
<br />right of way line of High Street.

<br />1975, a copy which is attached hereto.

<br />being in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and comprising that
<br />~ortion of Armstrong Street beginning on the west side approxi-
