<br /> "AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $160,000 FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR
<br /> THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE LIBRARY MEZZANINE IN THE CENTRAL LIBRARY LOCATED ON
<br /> COURT STREET."

<br /> On motion of Mr. Wentz and seconded by Mr. Elliott, the ordinance was adopted, and by

<br /> Motion of Mr[ Wentz and seconded by Mr. Elliott, the contract to be awarded to L. J. Hoy,
<br />Inc., in the amount of ~38,569, being lowest responsible bidder, was adopted by unanimous vote

<br /> 76-372 The follow'~ng ordinance approved on first reading at the regular meeting of
<br />September 14, 1976, was taken up and read:

<br />"AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $150,000 FROM THE GENERAL REVENUE SHARING TRUST
<br />FUND IN THE C~TBGORY OF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AND PUBLIC LIBRARIES."

<br />THE INSTALLATION OF WETTED BAFFLES IN THE CITY INCINERATOR."

<br />September 14, 1976, was taken up and read:

<br />"AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $18,453 FROM THE FEDERAL GRANTS FUND FOR A
<br />STATUS OFFENDER PROGRAM WITHIN THE JUVENILE COURT SERVICES UNIT."

<br />PURCHASE OF A TWELVE PASSENGER VAN AND MISCELLANEOUS EQUIPMENT FOR THE
<br />PORTSMOUTH SENIOR CITIZENS CENTER."
