<br /> Beginning on the west side of Yorktown Avenue approximately 121 feet south
<br /> from its intersection with County Street; thence south 151.88 feet to a point;
<br /> thence northwest 283.24 feet; thence southwest 29.72 feet; thence north 89.60
<br /> feet;thence east 300 feet to the east right of way line of Yorktown Avenue,
<br /> the Point of Origin.
<br /> 3. The issuance of this use permit is conditioned upon Mr. Anderson operating a service
<br />garage, wrecker service, dismantling used automobiles, the storing of salvaged parts in a
<br />garage and disposing of the remains of the automobile.
<br /> (a) He is not to shear automobile. He is not to store automobile skeletons per-
<br />manently on his property.
<br /> (b) Off-street parking spaces will be provided sufficient for all vehicles operated
<br />by the enterpirse, plus one space for each five employees compUted on the greatest number of
<br />persons to be employed at any one period during the day or night as required by City Ordinance
<br /> (c) All junk automobiles awaiting disassembly and auto skeletons awaiting removal
<br />must be stored within the fenced compound. No temporary parking, stopping or storage of junk
<br />or skeleton automobiles outside the fenced compound will be permitted.
<br /> (d) Screening as provided in Section 40-70(b) is mandatory."

<br /> On motion of Mr. Wentz and seconded by Mr. Elliott, the ordinance was adopted, and by

<br /> 77=127 - The following ordinance approved on first reading at the regular meeting of

<br /> "AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $54,603 FROM THE EEDERAL GRANTS FUND EOR THE
<br /> ESTABLISHMENT OF AN EMERGENCY SHELTER CARE PROGRAM EOR YOUTHEUL STATUS OFEENDERS."

<br /> THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF LIGHTS FOR THE NEW TENNIS COURTS AT CAVALIER
<br /> MANOR AND CITY PARK."

<br /> On motion of Mr. Wentz, and seconded by Mr. Early, the ordinance was adopted,

<br />revenue for the support of governmental operations, free public schools, and to pay principal
<br />and interest on the public debt.
