<br />that, Frank N. Bilisoly, H. L. Davis, Linon Vann, A. N. Kendrick and C. E. Ellis be appointed
<br />viewers and Raymond Tweed be appointed an alternate viewer in the event one of the preceding
<br />viewers fails to participate. Said viewers to view the hereinafter described portion of
<br />such street and to report to this Council in writing whether in their opinion any, and
<br />if any, what inconvenience would result in vacating and closing the following:

<br /> Motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Holley, that authorization be granted, to
<br />refund $503.06 to the Syer Group for 4th quarter 1976-77 real estate taxes and an expression
<br />of gratitude to be conveyed to the owner for property donated, was adopted unanimously.
<br />
<br /> 77-189 - "Consideration of a motion establishing the banks as submitted on the attached
<br />memo as the depositories for the City effective July 1, 1977.
<br />
<br /> Section ll-7A and ll-9A state that the City Council shall from time to time designate
<br />depositories for the City. The City Manager recommends the institutions on the attached
<br />list as the deppsitories."

<br /> 'Motion of Mr. Holley and seconded by Mr. Elliott, that the banks as submitted be the
<br />depositories for the City effective July 1, 1977, and was adopted by 4-8 (Early, Wentz, Davis.

<br />the Parish House of Trinity Church and new Senior Citizens Center on High Street and park
<br />at King Square Parking Lot and Edinburgh Parking Ramp; also referred to letter received
<br />from H. C. Wakkins, Assistant City Manager.

<br /> James Jenkins, 3103 Brighton Street, representing Portsmouth Senior Citizens Council,
<br />spoke regarding letter received from Mr. Watkins.
