<br />from the City of Portsmouth.

<br /> This ordinance will establisha Mayor's Sister Cities Commission made up of no less
<br />than seven (7) members nor more than fifteen (15). Ail members of this commission shall
<br />be residents of the City of Portsmouth. The membership shall consist of representatives
<br />of %a~ious civic groups, as welt as individual citizens at large throughout the City. The
<br />purpose of establishing this Commission is to promote a cultural ties and harmony with other
<br />sister cities, as well as setting up educational programs so that our citizens may learn
<br />more about Portsmouth's Sister Cities. The City Manager recommends adoption."
