The renovation of the Colony Theat-~r and the Thomas <br />Jefferson School will provide a theater building for the performing arts, will provide a <br />setting for the increased use of the downtown area and provide cultural services for the <br />central urban core District. In addition, a former s~hool building will be renovated to serv, <br /> <br /> <br />
