(f) In accordance with Section 40.2-533(L) of the Zoning Ordinance, this Use <br />Permit may be revoked by City Council after conducting a public hearing. <br />The permit may be revoked if Council finds: <br />(i) The Use Permit was obtained or extended by fraud or deception; <br />(ii) The applicant has failed to comply with one or more conditions of <br />approval; <br />(iii) There is a change in conditions affecting the public health, safety, <br />and welfare, since adoption of the Use Permit; or <br />(iv) There are repeated violations of this Ordinance by the holder of the <br />Use Permit related to the development approved by the Use Permit. <br />(g) The proposed development shall be constructed in compliance with use - <br />specific standards for townhouse dwellings and multi -family dwellings in <br />accordance with Sections 40.2-217(D)(1)(d) and 40.2-217(D)(1)(e) of the <br />Zoning Ordinance. <br />(h) The development shall be constructed in compliance with all applicable <br />codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, state and local government, <br />and all required licenses and permits must be obtained and remain in effect <br />during the operation of the development. <br />(i) All taxes/fees associated with the property shall be paid when due, as <br />determined by the City Treasurer. <br />(j) The exterior fagade materials for all elevations (front, rear, and sides) of <br />each unit shall consist of one or more of the following high-quality, durable <br />materials: <br />• Brick veneer or stone; <br />• Cement -based siding (e.g. HardiePlank); <br />• High-quality vinyl siding with a minimum thickness of 0.044 inches, <br />limited to lapped or beaded profiles only; <br />• Cement -fiber board siding (e.g., LP SmartSide or an approved equal). <br />Alternative materials must be approved by the Portsmouth Planning <br />Department prior to construction. <br />(k) All exposed portions of the building foundation walls shall be finished with <br />brick veneer or stone. <br />(1) Roofing materials shall be limited to architectural -grade asphalt shingles <br />with a minimum 25 -year manufacturer warranty, standing seam metal <br />roofing, or copper. Standard three -tab shingles shall not be permitted. <br />(m) The following design elements shall be incorporated to enhance <br />architectural character and reduce uniformity: <br />
