ORDINANCE NO. 2025-91 <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING WITH APPRECIATION THE DONATION BY <br />THE DELONG CO., INC. OF A 20 -FOOT CONTAINER FOR USE BY THE <br />PORTSMOUTH POLICE DEPARTMENT MOUNTED PATROL UNIT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby accepts with appreciation the donation by The DeLong Co., <br />Inc. of a 20 -foot container. <br />2. That the container shall be used by the Portsmouth Police Department <br />Mounted Patrol Unit. <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on October 28, 2025. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
