ORDINANCE NO. 2025-56 <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS <br />PROGRAM INCOME IN THE AMOUNT OF $26,700 AND APPROPRIATING <br />SAID AMOUNT IN THE FY 2026 COMMUNITY PLANNING AND <br />DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FUND. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby accepts HOME Investment Partnerships program income in <br />the amount of $26,700 and appropriates said amount in the FY 2026 Community <br />Planning and Development Program Fund. <br />2. That the funds shall be used in accordance with the Annual Action Plan. <br />3. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2026 Community <br />Planning and Development Program Fund Budget are increased by $26,700. <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on July 22, 2025. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
