ORDINANCE NO. 2025-45 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER $250,000 FROM THE SOCIAL SERVICES FUND TO <br />THE CHILDREN'S SERVICES ACT FUND TO INCREASE THE FUNDING <br />AVAILABLE TO SERVE AS THE REQUIRED LOCAL MATCH FOR MANDATED <br />SERVICES. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it reduces the General Fund transfer to the FY 2025 Social Services Fund <br />Budget by $250,000 and increases the General Fund transfer to the FY 2025 Children's Services <br />Act Fund Budget by $250,000 to serve as a portion of the required local match for mandated <br />2. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2025 Social Services Fund <br />budget are decreased by $250,000. <br />3. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2025 Children's Services Act <br />Fund budget are increased by $250,000. <br />4.
