ORDINANCE NO. 2025-44 <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING WITH APPRECIATION THE DONATION OF A 2008 <br />NORTHWIND BOAT AND A KING BOAT TRAILER FROM THE CITY OF NORFOLK <br />FOR USE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF FIRE, RESCUE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it accepts with appreciation the donation of a 2008 Northwind Boat and a King <br />Boat Trailer from the City of Norfolk. <br />2. That the boat and trailer shall be used by the Department of Fire, Rescue and <br />Emergency Services for public safety and emergency responses. <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held on June <br />24, 2025. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
