20 -63 <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $173,763 FROM <br />THE OFFICE OF THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY OF THE SUPREME COURT <br />OF VIRGINIA AND APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT IN THE FY 2023 <br />GRANTS FUND FOR USE BY THE THIRD JUDICIAL CIRCUIT COURT FOR <br />THE PORTSMOUTH ADULT DRUG TREATMENT COURT PROGRAM. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby accepts a grant in the amount of $173,763 from the Office of <br />the Executive Secretary of the Supreme Court of Virginia and appropriates said amount in <br />the FY 2023 Grants Fund. <br />2. That the grant funds shall be used by the Third Judicial Circuit Court for the <br />Portsmouth Adult Drug Treatment Court Program. <br />3. That no local match is required for the funds. <br />4. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2023 Grants Fund <br />Budget are increased by $173,763. <br />5.
