two (2) years after the date of approval by City Council if the use hereby <br />authorized is inactive or changed to a different use, unless within such two <br />(2) year period: (i) a building permit is obtained and erection or alteration <br />of a structure is started; or (ii) a Certificate of Occupancy is obtained and <br />the use hereby authorized is commenced. This condition is included for <br />notice purposes and is not intended to modify Section 40.2 -533 of the <br />Zoning Ordinance, and it shall be construed accordingly. <br />(m) No stacking of shipping containers is permitted anywhere on the subject <br />property. <br />7.
