(b) The lot line separating 2519 Bird Lane and 2521 Bird Lane shall be <br />vacated by recordation of a minor subdivision plat, which plat shall <br />comply with Chapter 33.1 of the Portsmouth City Code (Subdivision <br />Ordinance). <br />(c) The development shall be constructed in compliance with all applicable <br />codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, state and local government, <br />and all required licenses and permits shall be obtained and remain in effect <br />during the operation of the development. <br />(d) All taxes /fees associated with the property and /or the proposed use must <br />be paid when due, as determined by the City Treasurer. <br />7. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the conditions set <br />forth herein may serve as grounds for recocation of the use permit by City Council. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on August 10, 2021. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
