ORDINANCE� <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $1,000,000 FROM THE <br />RISK MANAGEMENT FUND BALANCE TO THE FY 2020 RISK <br />MANAGEMENT FUND BUDGET. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it appropriates the sum of $1,000,000 from the Risk Management <br />Fund Balance to the FY 2020 Risk Management Fund Budget. <br />2. That the funds shall be used as necessary for the authorized purposes of <br />the Risk Management Fund. <br />3. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2020 Risk <br />Management Fund Budget are increased by $1,000,000. <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on May 26, 2020. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
