That Appendix A to the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (2006) is <br />amended as shown on Exhibit A for the purpose of correcting the published version of the <br />Code to comport with City Council Ordinance 2013 -49 (adopted on September 24, 2013) <br />and for the purpose of increasing fees for land disturbing permits. <br />11. That Article III of Chapter 25 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia (2006) is amended as shown below by adding a new Section 25 -91.3 for the <br />purpose of establishing a parking fee for the City Park boat ramp: <br />Sec. 25 -91.3. – City Park boat ramp narking. <br />The parking fee for the City Park boat ramp shall be as set forth in appendix A to <br />this Code. <br />
