1XZ.q -112 <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING STATE HOMELAND SECURITY PROGRAM <br />GRANT FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $20,800 FROM THE VIRGINIA <br />DEPARTMENT OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AND APPROPRIATING <br />SAID FUNDS IN THE FY 2021 GRANTS FUND FOR USE BY THE <br />DEPARTMENT OF FIRE, RESCUE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby accepts State Homeland Security Program Grant funds in <br />the amount of $20,800 from the Virginia Department of Emergency Management and <br />appropriates said funds in the FY 2021 Grants Fund. <br />?. That the appropr7i7ation shall be used by the Department of Fire, Rescue <br />l "hat no niat�►1 i> required for the grant funds. <br />4. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2021 Grants Fund are <br />increased by $20,800. <br />5.
