avu-ALIKAMEht��.� <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AID -TO- LOCALITIES FUNDING IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $364,085 FROM THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF FIRE <br />PROGRAMS AND APPROPRIATING SAID FUNDS IN THE FY 2021 GRANTS <br />FUND FOR USE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF FIRE, RESCUE AND <br />EMERGENCY SERVICES. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby accepts Aid -To- Localities funding in the amount of <br />$364,085 from the Virginia Department of Fire Programs and appropriates said sum in <br />the FY 2021 Grants Fund. <br />?. That no local match is required as a condition of the grant. <br />4. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2021 Grants Fund are <br />increased by $364,085. <br />5.
