ji <br />tE�1�i11�� <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING $339,735 OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK <br />GRANT PROGRAM INCOME AND APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT IN THE FY <br />2021 COMMUNITY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FUND BUDGET. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it accepts Community Development Block Grant program income in the <br />amount of $339,735 and appropriates said funds in the FY 2021 Community Planning and <br />Development Program Fund Budget. <br />2. That the funds so appropriated shall be used to support the activities in the <br />existing Annual Action Plan. <br />3. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2021 Community Planning <br />and Development Program Fund Budget are increased by $339.735. <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held on July <br />28, 2020. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
