That the Local Declaration is confirmed and continued and shall remain in force <br />and effect. <br />2. That within ninety days of the adoption of this ordinance City Council shall <br />review the Local Declaration again for the purpose of determining whether it should be <br />modified, continued or cancelled. <br />3.
