I�D�2020 -57 <br />ORDIHAW <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FUNDING FROM THE VIRGINIA <br />DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,900 AND <br />APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT IN THE FY 2021 SOCIAL SERVICES FUND <br />FOR THE FAMILY PARTNERSHIP MEETING INCENTIVE PROGRAM. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it accepts a grant in the amount of $3,900 from the Virginia <br />Department of Social Services and appropriates said amount in the FY 2021 Social <br />Services Fund. <br />2. That the funds shall be used by the Department of Social Services for the <br />Family Partnership Meeting Incentive Program. <br />3. That a local match in the amount of 15.57( is required as a condition of the <br />grant funding, which local match has already been budgeted as part of the FY 2021 <br />Department of Social Services Budget. <br />4. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2021 Social Services <br />Fund are increased by $3,900. <br />5. That this ordinance shall take effect on July 1, 2020. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on June 23, 2020. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
