ORYR 2020 -50 ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z -20 -01 BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: 1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, which now zones as D2 FBC, D2 Form Based Code Regulated Public Open Space the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z- 20 -01, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as IL, Light Industrial, and that said property is hereby zoned as IL, Light Industrial. 2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from D2 FBC, D2 Form Based Code Regulated Open Space to IL, Light Industrial is furthermore described as follows: Z -20 -01 1525 County Street (Tax Parcel 0097 -0710) ALL THAT certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, shown on that certain plat titled "Subdivision of Jeffry Wilson/Phase One — 16 Units/Portsmouth, Virginia ", prepared by Horton & Dodd, P.C., dated August 8, 2008 (the "Plat "), and recorded in the Portsmouth Circuit Court Clerk's Office in Map Book 21 at Pages 247, 247A and 248, and bounded and described as follows, with reference to the Plat: COMMENCING at the southeast intersection of Peninsula Avenue and County Street, the Point of Beginning; thence along the southern line of County Street N 87 °02'51" E 282.31 feet; thence S 57 003'00" W 327.02' to the east line of Peninsula Avenue; thence along the east line of Peninsula Avenue N 02 °38'09" W 163.50' to the Point of Beginning. THE SAID property contains approximately .529 acres and has a current physical address of 1525 County Street. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption.
