fi-RDIR 020 -49 <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING ADDITIONAL CHILDREN'S MENTAL <br />HEALTH BLOCK GRANT FUNDING IN THE AMOUNT OF $25,690 FROM <br />THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND <br />DEVELOPMENT SERVICES AND APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT IN THE <br />FY 2020 BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE SERVICES FUND. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it accepts additional Children's Mental Health Block Grant funding <br />in the amount of $25,690 from the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and <br />Development Services and appropriates said amount in the FY 2020 Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services Fund. <br />2. That the funds shall be used by the Portsmouth Department of Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services for children's mental health programs. <br />3. That no local match is required as a condition of the funding. <br />4. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2020 Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services Fund are increased by $25,690. <br />5. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on June 9, 2020. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
