0qN 012--16 <br />�z <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING $44,725 OF HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS <br />PROGRAM INCOME AND APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT IN THE FY 2020 <br />COMMUNITY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FUND. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />That it accepts the sum of $44,725 in HOME Investment Partnerships program <br />income and appropriates said amount in the FY 2020 Community Planning and Development <br />Program Fund. <br />2. That the funds so appropriated shall be used to support the activities in the <br />existing Annual Action Plan. <br />That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2020 Community Planning <br />and Development Program Fund Budget are increased by $44,725. <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held on <br />October 22, 2019. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
