EXHIBIT A <br />CHAPTER 30 — RETIREMENT SYSTEMS <br />ARTICLE V. - OTHER POST - EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS TRUST <br />Sec. 30 -290. - Trustee. <br />The Board of Trustees of the Portsmouth Supplemental Retirement System shall <br />serve as the Trustee of any Other Post - Employment Benefits Trust, or the city's interest <br />or investment in any Other Post - Employment Benefits Trust, whether individual or <br />pooled, now or hereafter established or joined by the city. <br />
