PIDINANCE lkzj�L <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (2006) BY ESTABLISHING A NEW ARTICLE V <br />TITLED "OTHER POST - EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS TRUST ". <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (2006) be <br />amended and reordained by establishing a new Article V titled "Other Post - Employment <br />Benefits Trust" as shown on Exhibit A hereto. <br />2. That this ordinance shall take effect immediately on the date of its <br />adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting <br />held on April 10, 2018. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
