AWN 2018 -73 <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING ONE -TIME PART C PROGRAM FUNDING IN <br />THE AMOUNT OF $100,000 FROM THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF <br />BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES AND <br />APPROPRIATING SAID FUNDS IN THE FY 2019 BEHAVIORAL <br />HEALTHCARE SERVICES FUND FOR USE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF BHS <br />TO PROVIDE DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES TO INFANTS AND TODDLERS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby accepts one -time Part C Program funding in the amount of <br />$100,000 from the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services <br />and appropriates said funds in the FY 2019 Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund. <br />2. That the funds shall be used by the Department of Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services to provide developmental services to infants and toddlers. <br />3. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2019 Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services Fund Budget are increased by $100,000. <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on August 14, 2018. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
