ORDINAW IL 2018 -47 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $33,675 OF TELEPHONE COMMISSION <br />REVENUE IN THE FY 2019 GENERAL FUND OPERATING BUDGET FOR <br />USE BY THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby appropriates the sum of $33,675 in the FY 2018 General <br />Fund Operating Budget. <br />2. That the appropriation shall be used to fund expenses of the Sheriff's <br />Office. <br />3. That the source of the appropriation shall be Telephone Commission <br />Revenue collected by the Sheriff's Office during FY 2018. <br />4. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2018 General Fund <br />Operating Budget are increased by $33,675. <br />5. That this ordinance shall take effect on July 1, 2018. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on June 26, 2018. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
