JR11M 11111tbi 18-43 <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FUNDS FROM THE PORT NORFOLK, <br />WILSON WARD AND WEST PARK VIEW CIVIC LEAGUES IN THE AMOUNT <br />OF $4,771 AND APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT IN THE FY 2018 GENERAL <br />FUND FOR USE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS, RECREATION AND <br />LEISURE SERVICES FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD INCENTIVE GRANT <br />PROGRAM. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby accepts funds in the amount of $4,771 from the Port <br />Norfolk, Wilson Ward and West Park View Civic Leagues and appropriates said amount <br />in the FY 2018 General Fund. <br />2. That the appropriation shall be used by the Department of Parks, <br />Recreation and Leisure Services for the Neighborhood Incentive Grant Program. <br />3. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2018 General Fund <br />are increased by $4,771. <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on June 26, 2018. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
