t � • <br />r I <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING $157,971 OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM FUNDS AND $112,199 OF HOME INVESTMENT <br />PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAM FUNDS AND APROPRIATING SAID AMOUNTS <br />IN THE FY 2019 COMMUNITY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT FUND FOR <br />USE IN IMPLEMENTING THE ANNUAL ACTION PLAN. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby accepts $157,971 of Community Development Block Grant <br />Program funds and $112,199 of HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds and <br />appropriates said amounts in the FY 2019 Community Planning and Development Fund. <br />2. That the funds so appropriated shall be used to support the activities in the <br />existing Annual Action Plan. <br />3. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2019 Community <br />Planning and Development Fund are increased by $270,170. <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on July 1, 2018. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on June 12, 2018. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
