NO wwm. <br />K2011-1.07 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $43,529,572 BY CLASSIFICATION TO <br />THE FY 2018 OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE PORTSMOUTH PUBLIC <br />SCHOOLS TO IMPLEMENT THE THIRD QUARTER OF THE ANNUAL <br />BUDGET. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1.
