~~a~ ~' ZO~..E~-,64 <br />ti ' ~ ~ ....e... <br />f - ...z. <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $202,000 IN THE FY 2017 CAPITAL <br />PROJECTS FUND FROM THE UNASSIGNED FUND BALANCE FOR USE BY <br />THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS, RECREATION AND LEISURE SERVICES TO <br />PERFORM REPAIRS TO THE POKEY 5MOKEY TRACK AND THE CITY <br />PARK BOAT RAMP. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby appropriates the sum of $30,000 in the FY 2017 Capital <br />Projects Fund for use by the Department of Parks, Recreation and Leisure Services to <br />perform repairs to the Pokey Smokey track. <br />2. That it hereby appropriates the sum of $172,000 in the FY 2017 Capital <br />Projects Fund for use by the Department of Parks, Recreation and Leisure Services to <br />perform repairs to the City Park boat ramp. <br />3. .That the funding source of the appropriation shall be the Unassigned Fund <br />Balance. <br />4. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2017 Capital Projects <br />Fund Budget are increased by $202,000. <br />5. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on August 23, 2016. <br />Teste: <br />Clerk <br />
